If you submit a contestant portrait, we may collect contestant name, X handle, region, character name, uploaded image, concept statement, submission date and time, approval status, and associated X user ID.

C. Voting Information

When you vote, we may collect your X user ID, the contestant you voted for, vote date and time, and technical data needed to prevent fraud or duplicate voting. Your individual vote is not publicly displayed with your identity. Public results may show aggregate vote totals, rankings, and percentages.

D. Newsletter or Contact Information

If you sign up for updates or contact us, we may collect your email address, name if provided, message content, and related communication records.

E. Technical Information

4. Publicly Displayed Information

If your contestant submission is approved, the following may be publicly displayed: contestant name, X handle, region, character name, submitted portrait image, concept statement, vote totals, vote percentages, and rankings. Do not submit information or images that you do not want displayed publicly.

5. Image Uploads and AI-Generated Content

Submitted portraits may be stored, resized, converted, moderated, and displayed on the website. By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the right to submit and display the image, that the image does not violate another person’s rights, that the image does not include a real person’s likeness without permission, and that it does not contain illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful content.
